NAG Toolbox for MATLAB^®

NAG is replacing its popular NAG Foundation Toolbox for MATLAB^® with the NAG Toolbox for MATLAB^®. NAG is no longer taking new orders for the NAG Foundation Toolbox for MATLAB^®, and existing supported customers of the NAG Foundation Toolbox for MATLAB^® will be offered an upgrade to the NAG Toolbox for MATLAB^®. NAG will, however, continue to provide documentation in support of those currently using the discontinued NAG Foundation Toolbox for MATLAB^®.

NAGWare Gateway Generator

The NAGWare Gateway Generator can analyse Fortran source code to extract as much information about the interface as is possible. A small amount of further information is then added using the interactive gateway editor and the NAGWare Gateway Generator automatically generates Fortran gateway files which can be compiled and linked using the "mex" tool supplied with MATLAB. The Fortran routine may then be called from MATLAB as if it were any normal MATLAB command.

If access to the source code is not available, the NAGWare Gateway Generator may still be used to reduce the time consuming and error prone task of creating gateways to Fortran routines. Learn more about the NAGWare Gateway Generator.
