Diversity at NAG
NAG believes that diversity among its workforce brings a broader range of ideas and in turn helps us develop more innovative products and services. If our workforce is diverse, just like the population, then we understand market needs better and can offer first class support. Ultimately, promoting and living diversity in the organisation ensures the best possible outcomes for NAG.
NAG is one of the first Chapters of Women in HPC who actively encourages women to participate in the HPC community by providing fellowship, education, and support.
NAG utilises the blind recruitment process to remove any conscious or unconscious bias, making our recruitment process a level playing field for all.
NAG actively encourages students all over the world in many ways including sponsoring PhD candidates, and offering Student Placements, Internships and Work Experience positions.

NAG published its first diversity report on workforce gender at Supercomputing '15. To coincide with us becoming a Women in HPC Chapter we revisited that data to see what’s changed and what we need to work on going forward. Read the blog here.
